History

In 1998, Bailey and Company opened its doors with one loyal client and an entrepreneur with a vision. More than a decade later, Bailey and Company still advises their original client along with many others, putting customer service at the front of what they do.

Grant S. Bailey began Bailey and Company after nine years in the group healthcare industry. He was determined to provide clients with a company who can offer a better brokerage model. Becoming an affiliate of McGohan Brabender, Grant was able to build a business model on the customer service of a small company with the resources of a larger one.

The industry proves to be as challenging today as it has ever been. Bailey and Company is ready for the challenge of changing with the industry, and are using their exceptional clients to push them to be better every day.

Disclosure

Disclosure of Insurance Compensation Arrangements
Bailey and Company secures and otherwise facilitates the purchase of insurance coverage for its policyholder clients from a variety of insurance carriers and group benefits providers (collectively "carriers") and sometimes engages the services of other entities in connection with the issuance of such coverage. The percentage of these commissions varies by carrier or company and policy type.
